  I have been a tenant with Mississinewa Property Management for about a year now. In that year I have had recurring problems with my property that have been consistently ignored or improperly repaired. In the year i was there i have had a consistent mold problem which was at one point simply painted over but promptly grew back. another problem I had was a toilet from the apartment above mine which would leak onto the ceiling above mine and slowly make it sink and make the paint bubble. Twice the issue was patched but never truly fixed. Finally I have a bad breaker in my fusebox and it has made been making my lights flicker in my bedroom for the last two months. I have called 4 times throughout the last two months and am told the issues will be fixed each time. here we are at the end of my time there and still no fixes.
